That's right folks, there's a new kid on the block. Founded in 1901, Brighton and Hove Albion are making their Premier League debut in 2017/18. It's the end of a 34 year absence from the top flight of English football.

You have me confused with someone. Just started following soccer last year and posted about what's the best way to "pick" a team to cheer for. Everyone said just enjoy watching and it would come. I ended up managing BHA on FIFA for several seasons and low and behold hey earned promotion. I'm taking it as a sign and going all in on the Seagulls

Brighton have signed midfielder Davy Propper from Dutch club PSV Eindhoven.
Netherlands international Propper, 25, has signed a four-year contract and joins the Premier League club for an undisclosed fee which Brighton confirmed as a club record.

I am not super optimistic about City's chances this weekend.
Watched a short film about Brighton's promotion that was put on r/McFc this weekend and the club/fans look really poised for this campaign.

Great video. I knew some of the history from reading up on it the past several months and had seen some of the pictures of people taking chunks of the field after the last game at Goldstone. I had not idea the fans played that big of a role in getting Falmer built.

I think you may be my favorite poster on here now. I love the enthusiasm. Always cool to see an underdog get a chance too. They'll probably piss me off by beating Arsenal at some point.
