Thanks, the halibut is from Costco.
MD's fried okra looked so good last night, I had to have some. Not as good as his looked, but pan fried is pretty tasty. I might try roasting some in the oven soon.

The frozen stuff? Is it good? I'm kind of over their wild Alaskan salmon and have been thinking of trying the halibut.

But when I went to the kitchen my GSP, Mongo, ate the 2nd half. I love dogs but sometimes I hate them.

Roasted okra is good. Not my favorite veggie, but fresh picked is awesome.

No, this was in the refrigerated section with salmon and other fish.
They don't always have halibut, but when they do, you don't have to buy a huge amount. I bought the smallest piece I found, which was about one pound. My husband doesn't eat fish, and more than that would create too many leftovers.
