It should be allowed, but it's pretty shitty. Is there any reason to think that this could be collusion?
Edit: It is bad enough that I would suspect some kind of collusion. I would ask them to justify the trade.

So a terrible trade doesn’t need to be vetoed? Yeah okay. Team A (1st place) getting Evans and sending Adams and Gore to Team B (7th place) who make playoffs by trading away Evans. Adams won’t start and Gore is a RB2 at best for Team B. Team B trading away Evans gets nothing out of the trade. Could and should be getting better value for Evans than that.
