Bethesda is returning to the wasteland. Ahead of E3 next month, the developer officially announced Fallout 76 — though we don’t know much about the game aside from the name. ill play it. hope they do NV too.
5 was trash. the dialogue options were so pathetic, save for the sarcastic options (which i began to choose every time bc they were funny).

I've said this before, the dialogue suffered from having a speaking protagonist. With 3 and NV, it would spell out all of the dialogue for you so you'd know what was up. Since your character spoke it out, you'd just get a teaser of what was coming. I think the voice actor wasn't the best so that hurt it a bit.

They've said before that they are currently working on a big new IP and that a new Elder Scrolls was a ways down the road. So I'm sure that would apply to a new Fallout game. Best we can hope for is a remaster. Super longshot would be a New Vegas type spinoff for 4.

yes, and they need to go back to silent. loved how your attributes influenced options in NV

Probably an expansion for 4 or a New Vegas type spinoff.
I didn’t find 4 to be that enticing of a game as the other ones were. The basebuilding aspect was cool, but wasn’t really fleshed out enough to keep you coming back.

Skryim remastered only happened because Bethesda had already done all the technical work with Fallout 4 and they were just trying to see if they could bring a last gen game to the current gen.
I mean, it's possible, but I think Skyrim was a "lets mess around with something" thing. I would bet they would like to make some money with the remasters of the older fallout games.

I would love to see another New Vegas type game. If it is a remaster of 3 then I'll gladly pick that up. I skipped 3 but played.
