Browns' Josh Gordon facing jail time if he doesn't pay child support

The judge in the case declared that the penalty for missing the support payments is up to 30 days for the first violation, 60 days for the second and 90 days for the third.

He's required to pay child support with money that he hasn't actually received yet. That's a bitch. Talk about a no win situation.

Even if he was an idiot and has no money at all right now, he could take out a loan from the bank or even easier his Agent.
