Last year in this poll he was at 10% with blacks.

HH poll, October 2017 - 19%
HH poll, October 2018 - 42%
Trump approval on “The economy” among Black/AA:
HH poll, October 2017 - 17%
HH poll, October 2018 - 40%
Trump approval on “Immigration” among Black/AA:
HH poll, October 2017 - 15%
HH poll, October 2018 - 29%
Also, Among hispanics, Trump’s approval on “immigration” has gone from 33% in October 2017 HH poll, to 38% in new HH poll

The immigration question is telling to the black bias against Trump. Immigration is the greatest threat to minorities in America, yet his approval rating is only 29 percent.
The concern for what blacks think of Trump is odd in consideration that they will overwhelmingly vote democratic as told.
