Woman kills 15 year old that tried to rob her

CINCINNATI, Ohio — A 15-year-old male is facing a murder charge after his teen partner in an attempted armed robbery was shot and killed by the victim, according to reports.
The female shot one of the suspects, identified as Jordan Lara, 15. The teen died of his wounds Tuesday at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, according to Fox 19.
The female who shot Lara is not facing charges, but Ohio law allows people involved in crimes to be charged with murder if the crimes result in any deaths, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
The other suspect was arrested Thursday and charged with murder and aggravated robbery, WCPO reports

Most states have this. It's the felony murder rule.

I think we need a way to file charges against the parents as well for not doing their job.

Yep. If you ever watch The First 48, you find out not a single thug out there has any idea that law exists. They have no concept of how they are responsible for one of their friends dying during crime.

I'm not sure how, but this sentence is racist. I'll let you know how exactly after I contact the PC police.
