The reason I don't like to work out in the morning

Started my day off right with a massive puke. I'm not one who regards it as some badge of honor and it had been a few years since the last time. I guess I was dehydrated or low blood sugar or something. It came up through my nose and I've been hawking little pieces of tomato from last night's supper out of my sinuses. Good times. Schedulewise mornings are the most convenient time but it just doesn't work for me.

goddamn man
the reason why I don't like working out in the mornings is because I'm still sweating when I get out of the shower (no time to cool down)
yours is much worse

I wish I could get myself up in the mornings to start my day with a workout. I've always felt great the rest of the day after an early morning workout.

To each his own I guess.
I love working out in the morning. Yes - it's more difficult just starting the workout, but once I start I feel excellent the rest of the day.
5:15am three days a week.

I was never a fan out exercising in the morning, mostly because I felt like I had to eat and drink beforehand. Making time to do that before a morning exercise would mean waking up at 4:30. As I got older, I realized that hydration and nutrition were ongoing, continuous jobs, and that done properly, I should have ample fluids and calories in my body from the day before. Now it's 6-8 oz of cold coffee, a 100 calorie energy gel or bar, and I'm ready to roll.
ETA: I would like to stress the importance of the cold coffee in this equation

frick coffee. I just take two caffeine pills when I roll out of bed.

Most people process the caffeine from coffee much quicker than the pills. In the mornings I am exercising only 10-15 minutes after waking up. I don't have time to wait for the pills to kick in. I do occasionally take the pills when I have more time leading up to my activity. I do believe that the caffeine from pills has longer, more steady effects than caffeine from coffee.

I have to drive to my gym. By the time I get there and warm up, they’ve started working.

I wake up at 3:30, eat, lift at 4:30. Then after work I either swim or run, which is from 3:30-5.

I only lift in the mornings. I get there around 4am and there's pretty much no one there so everything is available. Trying to lift after 5 at the gym I go to is a complete joke with how busy it is. That's why I do cardio in the afternoons and leave it to the meat heads to fight for the weight racks and dumb bells then.

Dang. My favorite is the 5 AM workout.
I workout from 5 to 6 4-5 times a week. I HATE working out in the afternoon.
