My Opinion: The market is being held up artificially, and will tank again Wednesday or Thursday. The rally were seeing here is investors buying after the market dip last week, and they’re going to sell off here shortly.

Thoughts and rebuttals?

I’ve been thinking this since March 23rd.....maybe you’ll be able to time it right.....

I hope I’m wrong too, I want the market to recover.

I just don’t see us being there yet. Businesses need to open back up, and people need to go back to work for our economy to recover.

I don’t either, but Wall Street is giving Main St a big middle finger right now. I’m done trying time when they’ll figure it out.

I agree. Look at the market today erasing all the gains. Talk of 32% unemployment. Billions in lost revenue. The market will test 20,000 soon

Inverse leveraged funds are difficult for me because of resets.

I was going to ask OP what his plan was. Don't hold those past a few days.

UPDATE: Sold at 39.80 because I’m not sure if the market will spike up or down tomorrow morning. I’m thinking it will rebound a bit in the morning, and start to slip late morning/ early afternoon?

The market will start to slip and fall tomorrow or Thursday is my best guess. Maybe after a news conference or something. Too many investors trying to sell off to recoup losses from late February to now.

It has been held up artificially since before you were born. World finances are so artificial. Paying the Piper will come eventually but could be a long way out. They are very good at "hiding the cheese"
With all the newly printed monies from around the world, this will Not be the time.

Enormous uncertainty surrounding the economy, forced shutdowns of businesses. This thing will get worse in the coming weeks. Going from up 900 to down 30 points in about two hours Tells me this things going to crash tomorrow

Those of you that day trade , do you take into account the tax hit into your strategy?

Or do you say F it, I’m making money and that’s part of the cost of doing business??

With all the volatility I have made some larger swing trades than I normally would. Don’t really care, profit is profit here.

UPDATE: Just bought SDOW again at $37.90, and will hold through until tomorrow.

The Dow is up 2000 points in 3 days, and investors will want to cash in soon. The question is asking where the bottom is, and how long will people keep selling.
