Principle told my wife to prepare to teach from home next school year

My wife teaches at a elementary public school here in Baton Rouge and they had a conference call today with the principal. The principal said from what she is hearing, she told everybody to prepare to teach from home next school year. She told everyone to come up to the school Monday and Tuesday to get what they need out of their classroom to take home because the school will be locked up going forward. She told them if it does happen to have a background decorated with school stuff to make it look like a classroom while they are teaching.
