In every world! Trump is clearly an idiot, but he never took his SATs (cheated and had someone do it for him) so we never found out just how dumb he actually is! It’s a rif on his claim that if we stopped covid testing, we wouldn’t know how bad the pandemic is! Pretty clever actually!

The left is always calling for standardized tests to be eliminated because minorities can't score as high as white people. That actually fits better than the covid.
