63-years old... damn.

Just flat out inexcusable the way this was handled.

Not much of a body at this point.

Just say the remains have been recovered

There should be some companies put out of business because of this.

Nothing has change structurally so far as I know since it fell. Complete bullshite this wasn’t done immediately. We were told they were both unrecoverable. Clearly that was a lie.

That must have been a little eerie for whoever recovered the body. Very sad. RIP for the dead.

Inspectors, people from the GC, the Mayor, Fire Chief, the list goes on. They should all be held accountable

Serious question, why did they decide to retrieve the bodies now after waiting so long?

Was he a US citizen? Think about the family, especially if they lived in Mexico

I have no idea what their rationale was, but, speaking as someone who’s involved in projects, it gets to a point where they’re too many people/agencies involved in a plan that it all breaks down. I couldn’t imagine how many meetings took place to get everyone to agree on whatever the final plan was. I’ll bet it changed 100 times over, too.

Mayor should have delegated to one department like a good manager would do, but I sincerely doubt that happened.
