LSU Football Players Protest Appreciation Thread

I can’t say enough about the way our players have gone about effecting change in this country. This is what mostly peaceful looks like.
I know that we don’t yet know the identity & record of the police officer involved but it’s pretty clear that he hates black people and he has a history of racial discrimination.
Some things have been said that have suggested Blake was exhibiting criminal behavior with the intent to cause bodily harm to the arresting officer. Here is the thing. That doesn’t really matter. Criminal behavior doesn’t determine a policemen’s actions. Racism does. If the police officer had been black and the suspect white. He woodnt have responded with deadly force.
We can’t let this keep happening and turn a blind eye to it. I commend the players for speaking their mind and providing us with the pretext to abolishing the police department so that these communities can heal and finally be able to live in peace.

...surely you are trolling with this none sense..
why don't you watch all the video available 3 times, then read the facts of the case thus far on why the officers were called out...what was said, what happened that led to the shooting
If you think this is a racial shooting, then we can't have a rational conversation...so go on and support the protest all you want...
in the meantime take inventory how many stud black athletes are in this protest have children out of wedlock...and are products of a single mother upbringing families.
report back with your data, and next time bring some common sense... In-closing, the law doesn't care what skin color you are, it is written, law enforcement officers have to serve and "enforce"
