Magnolia Assaults has been getting slammed with immediate needs/call outs this year. You hate to see it happen to such a great leader over there. 
ETA: Looks like Homicide caught this case. They have been just as busy on both ends with all the overdoses on top of the murders. I don't envy them.

Not sure if it’s updated, but this should make 72 homicides on the year for BRPD. I believe last year’s total was 76

Best decision I've ever made was moving out of Baton Rouge.
The quality of life is so much better here in Boulder. I come back to BR every once in a while to visit family, but I'm usually ready to leave after 2-3 days.
