Wife tested positive for Covid

My wife (no pics) is a teacher. A few other teachers started to test positive. Today, she felt like a truck hit her and went to get tested. She had a positive result, and they prescribed her cough medicine. I was kind of pissed off. No Z pack or pregnesone. Her symptoms are ear ache, nasel pain (maybe from the swab), lethargic, congestion, and a slight headache. It seems like it was a pat on the back "hope you feel better"

Because doctors know people who don’t have compromised systems only need a pat on the back and then get better

Same here.. get some over the counter mucunix for congestion..Zicam nasal spray...aspirin for headaches...drink plenty if fluids...

I don't know what HCP means but why not treat the symptoms verses the non symptoms? She isn't coughing, so why prescribed cough medicine?

Go buy a bunch of random drugs off the black market and give them to her. I heard there's an X-pack that's stronger then the Z. I'm sure the antibiotics will work well for a Virus.
