i dont know about all of louisiana but in BR Ott is the best. he at least will actually talk sports.

Great point, the local shows here in s'port spend alot of time talking about everthing but sports. I guess they think it's cute.

i know im going to get bashed for this but i like jay walker and scott praether. but i travel a lot around south and central la. when im in br i listen to the rant, fastest hour and condon. not a big fan of songy.

Richard Condon and Karreeee Johnson fight it out for the worst and that is saying alot considering that I think Jon Fine still has a show on.
I have to go with Charles Hannigraf and Gordy for best.
I do like listening to Bobby Hebert and Deak on WWL, but I know they are problem for alot of people because they talk about somethign other than LSU sports sometimes.
Ott is pretty good too.

i wasnt even really counting charlie and gordy since they arent on daily but yeah i enjoy their show.

i love lsu, but i like to hear and talk about other sports things outside of lsu. i like listening to the hosts discuss the saints, hornets whatever else. i just can't listen to something dedicated to one sports team all the time.

JJ and Bonzai Marshall in Shreveport when they are on the show together. I especially like it when they disagree about something. When they fight like the brothers they are it is damn funny. They also hate LSU (Bonzai even graduated from LSU law school) so that makes for a good show because you get the "other side" of things not just what you want to hear. Goto www.710keel.com 5-7pm. It isn't an LSU show though so you get all kinds of topics which is good too.
Tim Fletcher is pretty damn funny in Shreveport too. He cracks up everybody that I have ever seen him work with.

In Lafayette... my favorite is Big Dave Thibodeaux. He doesn't have his own show per say, but he's my favorite. He's an authority on local high school. Next, would be scott prather, steve peloquin (sp), kevin foote, jaybird, and rickman.
