Marseille manager Andre Villas-Boas says he has offered his resignation because he disagreed with the club's "sporting policy". He highlighted the arrival of Olivier Ntcham from Celtic during the January transfer window - a player he did not want to sign.

That would probably be topic Number 1 at the board meeting.

He announced he submitted his resignation in his press conference. That’s the GOAT move
It’s more than just Ntcham, they left him in the dark on Radonjic’s departure too. They are also in dire financial straits that go beyond COVID. I don’t blame him for wanting out of the circus. I’m shocked he didn’t leave before the season when his buddy Zubizarreta was kicked out.
McCourt sucks

And fools from West London, SW6, specifically, want to hire him forthwith and can Parker.

Marseille is actually a really cool city. It’s pretty diverse (you would hate it) and has a ton of history, awesome food, unique culture, etc. They love soccer, and the people there, including those I met randomly on the street, were super warm and inviting. Marseille has a problem with thuggery and the banlieues, but if you don’t go into dangerous areas, like any big city, you’re generally ok. I lived there for a year so feel free to ask me questions.

Mate, I feel I rather acknowledged Marseille’s amazing history when I say it’s a shame what the city “has become”.
Yes, I live in Portland and I agree this city is a shithole now. Retail is super depressing - the best stores are empty and many won’t renew their leases when they come up. We’ve lost 4 of our 5 favourite restaurants including the great Noraneku - where you could get fried chicken and ramen at 1AM on a Tuesday night. But that is irreverent to my critique of filthy disgusting Marseille.

I’ve lived in Kiev for 2 months and Tokyo for 3 months. I’d love a chance to tell you why their homogenous populations make for a far better living experience than what you see in New Orleans or Marseilles.

But it’s really not a filthy disgusting place. The diversity there is cool because it exposes you to a bunch of different cultures and cuisines. I know I’m wasting my breath on you since you’re just a troll, but it doesn’t sound like you have much perspective on the place.

I’ve been to Marseilles. Couldnt wait to escape to Aix-En-Provence and San Remo and get away from the beauty of Marseilles
