Breckinridge- COVID protocols

Have a multi family trip planned for Breckinridge in mid February. Anyone have experience with the current level of enforcement for COVID protocols? Particularly the ban on having more than 2 households staying in a short term rental.
Are these protocols enforceable by law?
Are there people going house to house checking?

Just left yesterday. Masks everywhere as expected. Restaurants are at 25% capacity and waits were 1.5 hours everywhere so make reservations.

We’re leaving for Steamboat on the 13th and sharing a condo with another family. There’s going to be 7 of us total in one condo. My travel agent told me that Steamboat isn’t enforcing the 1 household per unit rule but she said to just lay low so no one reports us to the county. We said frick it. We aren’t changing our plans. We’re staying together.

We’re reaching out with an update about your upcoming stay at Torian Plum Creekside in Steamboat Springs. In an effort to contain and limit the transmission of COVID-19, Routt County has issued a public health order limiting social gatherings to one household. This order extends to all public and private gatherings and includes lodging. We realize that this may impact your travel plans. If you feel that you may be unable to comply with this order, please contact us at 800-544-0300 to discuss your options. Take care and stay well, Team Vacasa

Breck has probably been the most stringent on the masks out of all the CO ski resorts. With that said, there really is no enforcement of the multiple household rules. No one will report you unless you cause a big enough scene to warrant it. With that said, be prepared to be yelled at if your mask falls below your nose while coming down the runs.
Apres ski scene has never been great in Breck but it's pretty much non-existent during Covid. Oddly enough, it was pretty good in Vail a few weeks ago.

a few of the runs would get pretty icy in the shade which made it tough and you could tell they had a bad snow season but honestly it didn't change our plans at all. was at keystone as well as and breck was just a little better.

Your local poliboard lawyers will say no. However, if you are caught it carries a maximum punishment of up to $5k and 18 months in jail. Maybe you can fight that in court (I am not a lawyer), but that's not something I'd like to take my chances with.
I'll also add, I don't think they're really going out of their way to enforce this. I think the only way to really get busted is if someone reports you on the hotline, so I'd recommend keeping a low profile

Left Vail this morning and it wasn’t too bad. 50% capacity at restaurants (Eagle County, Breck is in Summit county). Had to wear mask in lift lines but I didn’t use it at all on the slopes.

Breck seems to be the only mountain enforcing the masks on slopes. Vail didn't seem to care even off slopes. The rich live by a different set of rules.

That's pretty weird.
Bartender told me Breck is literally the only mountain enforcing this.
