Should people have to show a valid ID to board his airplanes?

Why is he trying to deny business from people of color?

The oligarchy is right there in plain site.

Corporations should have no fricking input on legislation, but here we are.

Tell them to pack their shite and leave if it's so important.

As CEO he doesn't want his company to be cancelled. They have razor thin profit margins. It's lip service.

Exactly! You beat me to it. What a pathetic hypocritical POS.

Hypocrisy

Hypocrisy is the practice of engaging in the same behavior or activity for which one criticizes another

Ugh...

So why not start an initiative to ensure EVERY AMERICAN has a valid state issued ID? That seems like not only a worthwhile cause, since so much of our lives require an ID, but also an achievable one.

Why argue that having to show an ID to vote is inherently unimportant or worse, racist, unless the ultimate goal is to make sure there are no safeguards in place to ensure people can vote without IDs?

If the law is illegal and actual voter suppression, then I am sure a court will strike down the law.

It's not...which is why they are pounding the table and screaming boycott/cancel.

I am so happy that the Delta CEO is concentrating on the issues that keep me safe on his plane.

Corporations are the worst offenders of pandering.

Why do these people hate democracy?

They are a threat to democracy!

Do they believe the GA legislature is illegitimate?

Do the believe in representative government?

Pandering to his rather large homogeneous workforce at Atlanta Hartsfield Int’l. Basically a business decision to virtue signal to them.

They could have many $millions greater profit with smaller executive payroll too.

How Do I Get a Georgia State ID Card?

quote:

Basic Requirements
There is no age limit. Any person old enough to sign their name, or make a mark indicating their legal signature can apply.

All Georgia licensed drivers are eligible for a Georgia ID card.

quote:

Documents Required
You must present documents showing your identity, residential address, full social security number, and U.S. citizenship or proof of lawful status in the United States. Please refer to Real ID Requirements for more information.

How can anyone be expected to meet these requirements?

I just cannot wrap my brain around whatever problem folks have with this bill. I just really does not DO very much in the way of substantive change. What little it DOES do ... tends to tighten a few standards here and there, but it is 95% window dressing (or housekeeping).

It certainly is not some revolutionary (or regressive) change in Georgia voting law.

These corporations have to start standing up to the SJWs. If it doesn’t involve Delta’s assets, employees, services, costs and profits Then why bother?

Anything else takes away from the corporation’s purpose and distracts from its objectives.
