The F&W fest dates were announced today. Been to Disney many times, but never for this festival. Is it worth checking out? Assume the weekday would be less crowded than a weekend due to locals?

Used to go every year until about 3 years ago. Just got to crowded and over priced{shocker I know at Disney }

It definitely worth going if you never been. You can try the different foods from various countries and each countries has their own variety of alcohol. Hope the weather is nice and its not too crowded

We definitely enjoy the fests at Epcot and you're right, the weekends will be more crowded than the weekdays and it will get more and more crowded as it gets closer to Thanksgiving.This year they are basically moving from one fest to the next.

I don't know if I could book a trip solely for any fest but if wanted to go anyway, definitely plan to spend at least one half day dedicated just to Epcot World Showcase and what the fest has to offer.

It is great. There are usually some pretty good bands playing during the entire festival. If you like live music check the schedules and go when one you like is playing.

It use to be the best time to go, not as much crowds and the fest is great. It got popular and the crowds have made it not as much fun to go for me anymore. It's fun to go if you haven't been before though. This year may be worth it if they keep crowds down for covid.

Went one year and had a blast, adults only. We'd get up early, hit the parks. Have lunch, take a nap and then walk over to the back gate from our room at the Beach Club. Spend the evening sampling foods and drinking.

Went with the wife a few years ago and had a blast. Got a free dining package for booking...virtually all the food at the booths were dining plan eligible so, with a little pre-trip strategy, all we had to do was wave the magic band.

Only complaint was we went in August and it was hotter than the 300 section at Davis Wade Stadium for an 11 o’clock kickoff against Jackson State

We enjoy the food and beverages at Epcot - especially the festival themed menus.

We just got back - live music is coming back but the lineups were not as robust as pre covid.

The crowds are coming back but it was not anywhere close to capacity. - maybe 1/3 normal.

If we had not walked 10+ miles a day, I woulda gained 15 to 20 pounds - way too much alcohol intake - and way too much good food.

I go almost every year and it’s totally worth it. Typically near the end in early November. Crowds have never been a big issue for me. Not sure when or if they’re bringing back the dining plan, but saving up my snack credits to use all on F&W was about as cost effective as it gets.
