Woodward vs Paul Mainieri: The BOS(Gov. JBE) will determine the course of action.

AD Woodward will not make a move on CPM unless supported by the BOS. This BOS fired Alleva and hired him away from Tx A&M. He owes them his job,so only if he has the blessing of the BOS will he make a move.

Highly doubt anything happens until the season is over. They will give Paul the respect of retiring.

Most college sports do not fire coaches during the season, especially a non-revenue generator like baseball.

He owes Will Wade his job at LSU. If not for Alleva suspending Wade on the eve of LSU’s first SEC championship in a decade and best reg season since 1980 Alleva is likely still the AD

The BOS does not write the checks. That is done by the TAF. If LSU has a sub Par season and the stands are empty, PM will be gone!
