Atlanta wants to get rid of the 15.6 mil owed Jones
Trading Love would clean up the Green Bay situation. Green Bay could through in a 4th rounder in exchange for the Falcons absorbing some of the salary.

The reason they are in the cap hell, is that extension might be the worse of all-time.
If/when the Falcons trade Julio, Atlanta will have paid him an extra $27.5 million just complete his previous contract. He will not play a single down in a Falcons uniform in the years added. And he is still guaranteed $17 million for those two years.

Why would Cleveland do that? The Falcons have zero leverage and should now keep Julio if at all possible.
