Mine was practice with feet together… keeping sternum over the ball.
And hit lots of balls this way.

Never up, never in. Always hit a put on the high side, low side has no chance going in…

Perfect hitting 50-100 yard shots with wedges taking 1/2 to 3/4 swings before ever picking up another club (on the range). It’s amazing what you can learn about your swing doing this.

This - my scores plummeted when I learned this.

Wear nice golf clothes and never play with the same person twice. That way you can just tell them that you had a bad day on the course when you inevitably suck at golf

On chip and pitch shots:
Hinge and hold, Belly to the target

Let the club unhinge the wrists on the downswing.

keep your chest over the ball, don't have any change in your spine angle, and hit down on the ball

“Buy srixons”
Or, slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

It’s a simple one, but gets me back on track if I start getting bad contact. Don’t just aim for the ball, aim for a specific spot on the back of the ball and don’t take your eyes off that spot.

You can talk to a fade, but a draw wont listen

take two weeks off, then quit!

You can’t make a putt if you don’t get it to the hole. Don’t be scared to give it a ride.

Golf: “How do you hit a bad shot? Watch your own”
Shooting: “Hold your ears”
Life: “you’re likely gonna have to eat a bucket of shite every day, so you might as well tuck your napkin under your chin every morning”

Spend more time and money on putting instead of driving.

Teacher put a stress ball under my chin and made me hit 25 balls without dropping it.
If you struggle with fat or thin, would highly reccomend this drill. Solved more or less all of my issues that I couldn't figure out.
The only real miss I have now is not fully turning my hands over on longer clubs, but I know it when it happens.
Better than those misses where you have no idea WTF is happening.

Putting is 90% speed, 10% line.
Changed the way I putted and thought about putting.
