The first two in mexico kinda contradict each other. They either have thick skin or they don't.
And 90% of those are rude in any country.

I feel like UK could be for most everywhere.

Did you get arrested? Hit by a car?
I found most people in France spoke English so not sure about that one. They just want you to ask them in French first if they do, otherwise they play dumb because they find it rude to speak to them in English first.

i lived in germany for school and only ever saw jaywalking in frankfurt. done by people who were obviously immigrants.
