I love Colorado, but it's going to be really hard to beat Alaska.

Arizona needs to be thrown in mix. The Grand Canyon and Sedona area are breathtaking.

West Coast is tough to beat. It’s a shame Seattle and Portland have turned into shite holes. Three hour drive in August you can be at the snow line on Mt Hood down to the beach on the ocean. It’s amazing. Was hinting and California are similar (San Fran north ). Just a shame.

That's very hard for me to say. It depends on one's definition of beauty.

The states where you can just look around you without having to drive to scenery are the prettiest to me. The Wild West: WA, OR, AK, HI, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, and CA are the prettiest states in my opinion. There's scenery, like, f-ckin' everywhere.

It's easier for me to pick out the ugliest states. I would have to say Delaware, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas and Oklahoma are the ugliest states I've been to.

Probably not in most people’s top 10, but North Carolina and West Virginia are beautiful

Has to be California .... Mountains, Redwoods, ocean (both accessible beaches and rocky coast line), vineyards and desert.

I've been to all of them (recently as well) and not many can claim all of that diversity. Runners up: PNW, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.
