LSU will learn from Georgia or Georgia will learn from LSU.

One of these schools will change their policy. I hope we do, but that would have to be based on modest covid numbers tied to UGA games. On the other hand, if their cases/hospitalizations skyrocket, then I’ll be glad we kept ours.
Hoping Georgia pulls this off.

Georgia won’t change their policy no matter what. They are some freedom loving baws over there

MLB and preseason NFL games have been packed with none of these restrictions. There has been no significant increase in COVID.
This is purely a political play.

Feels like LSU is very dug in on this stuff

Louisiana is run by a bunch of idiots. No other way to explain it. Hopefully, other SEC schools don’t follow LSU.

Not ready to accept that YET. I’ll give it a few weeks before I melt. Hope the schools are communicating with each other.

Wouldn’t be calling folks idiots if I didn’t know run, ran run and when to use them properly.

Why would they be? UGA loves what LSU is doing. It’s a clear advantage for them to have a rival school impose these restrictions. Not only from an athletic revenue stand point, but also enrollment.
UGA and the rest of the SEC are going to give LSU all the rope they need.

So, as of now, LSU is the only SEC school doing this?

They’re the only 2 that have announced anything. 12 more schools to go. LSU won’t be the only one.

UGA is already at a 45% acceptance rate. Not sure they’re looking to steal students from LSU.

That you think going to a football game is going to cause cases to skyrocket.
