Does anyone like or know how to make good hooch? How do you do it? I’ve always enjoyed mulled wine and the other year I had some good mulled wine that was actually hot hooch.

5 gallons 100% apple juice (no preservative or additives). Tree Top is good.
2 pounds of dextrose (corn sugar)
1 packet of Montrachet Wine Yeast


This will taste like an apple jolly rancher and will destroy you quickly.

We also refer to it as panty remover. The ladies tend to drink these WAY too fast.

I used to make that apfelwein recipe when I started brewing in college and before I could legally buy beer. It will absolutely wreck you.
