Interesting thing about California though.
There are more goods shipped in,than there are shipped out.

The solution is twofold: (1)to focus heavily on trying to save as many of the school age generation as possible through trade training in school and the court system combined with tough in home intervention. By that, I also mean holding not only the individual accountable for their behavior, but also the guardian (most of the time a parent will not have custody). What do I mean? Lock them up. Put teeth in the law and actually reinforce it. (2) Stabilize the leaders of these riots; make examples out of them! Yeah, I know this isn't politically correct, but thank God we now are about to have a President who does not care for political correctness. MAGA says what he means, and means what he says!
