Team Trump needs to lockup the growing Hispanic vote for generations. But how?

We all know Trump isn't deporting tens of millions of illegals, Trump may selectively deport hundreds of thousands of known migrants who are criminals but the vast majority of immigrants are likely not going anywhere.
Here's what Team Trump may want to consider and I understand many on this forum will not like this suggestion but as they say, I'm trying to keep it real.....it's not straight amnesty like the Dims are wanting.
Put a 2 year fast track citizenship program in place, a program that incentivizes all immigrants who have a record of employment and no record of criminality to work towards citizenship and assimilation into American culture. The lynchpin/goal of the program is becoming proficient in the spoken language of the US ......English!!!
I would also immediately deport any immigrant/non citizen in the US who commits a violent crime or felony, depending on the crime they may also be serving significant prison sentences before being deported.
I believe this ^^^ would incentivize immigrants to work towards citizenship and assimilation into American society.
Of course all immigrants in the program would have to pass a citizenship test, maybe Trump can use an executive order and give the citizenship test an America First/MAGA theme.

Just treat them according to the golden rule. Appreciate their love of families and their willingness to work hard. Encourage their children to become bi-lingual at early ages and treat it as a positive. Get the price of corn down (adjust ethanol from corn subsidies.) That's also for their folks back home.

Like Irish immigration in the late 1800s and Italian immigration after that, Hispanics may vote as a block at first, but they’ll melt into the general political population.
Probably quicker than you’d expect since Hispanic covers such a wide group of people from different places and with different lives across the US.

I know this won't be popular amongst the economy hawks, but realistically, shift the immigrant Welfare to Workfare in a MASSIVE Public Works Infrastructure program. Real version, real stuff. At least we all get something for the printed money. And Trump's plan re Energy will mitigate the inflation. I hope.
Rising tide lifts all boats. Are the immigrants here to grift, or work toward the American Dream.
