Just take the best available players. maybe take Pitts at 2 if you're feeling spicy, given he'll likely be an upgrade over Thomas at TE.

A guy in our league now has 1,2,9, and 10. I gave him 2 and 9 for DK and some other stuff.
To OP, beef up that RB room. Gibson is the best one you have.

In 1 QB, try to trade back/out of picks 8/9/10 for future 1sts +.

Traded N. Hines early in the season when he went off for a 1st. That turned into pick 2. My pick is 7 and I traded Dalvin cook for 8,9 and AJ Brown. Traded pick 7 for 10 and some extras.

If Harris goes 1. I would go Pitts at 2....Super Elite TE that cant fail IMO. Will give you a + at the TE for years to come.
