Best restaurants for gluten free

Have a freind in town(NOLA) next weekend who eats gluten-free. Need some recs, any part of town is fine, upscale or casual. Please no rants about gluten free- I don’t like it either but she’s an otherwise normal person who truely believes gluten is detrimental to her health
