If you took Davante Adams’s WORST fantasy game from 2018 and extrapolated his stats from that game into a full 16-game season, he still would’ve finished last season as a WR1.
and this debate is done

That's weird cause all I have seen on TD over the years is how fricking amazing Brees stats are, and then why Ryan does it "numbers don't really tell the story"

but he’s had much more to work with than Rodgers
GB has a better o-line, Aaron Jones > Freeman at this point, neither team has had a top-tier tight end in years, and Davante has entered the top tier of WR. Also, both coaching staffs (McCarthy and Sark) have been trashed recently and subsequently fired.
I don't think there's much a gap between the two supporting casts at this point. Did Matt have the advantage a couple years ago in 2016? Sure, but he also put together an all-time historic campaign and has continued to outplay Rodgers since then.
You guys should look into Ben Baldwin's work about Rodgers.

Cool flex
I root for the Saints but couldn’t give two shits if they win or lose. I also don’t care about Brees enough to knight for him on a message board

Sounds like Adams is the easy decision. I have the 9th pick in a 12 team league and just getting opinions. I honestly like Adams over Le’Veon if he is available at 9

This would have been a 5 post thread if Vick’s Kennel Club didn’t go on a crusade to knight for Matt Ryan
Easy choice, pal.

Oh no, a message board has more posts.

I'm taking Jones all day. Adams had one good year, but Jones always has a good year. Matt Ryan and the Falcon are better than Rogers and Green Bay.

I’m pretty sure Adams has been a WR1 in 3 straight seasons. 2018 was a new level for him, but he’s a been good for a while.

I read it too fast at first, thinking it said he would have been WR1. Actually would have been WR13 if you included his normal season performance, which is right out side WR1 territory, but still a cool stat.
careful with that though. Are all of his WR mates going to get hurt again this year?
dude had 169 targets.

Rodgers has already said he wants Adams to get MORE targets. All the top tier WR are great, but Adams is my WR1.
