Matthews has at least been consistent.
Johnson isn't reliable at this point. The only thing he has done all season was house two passes at the LOS. Which has accounted for 33% of his net points for the season. Two plays.

His whole season is usually dictated on about 12 plays. Hopefully he has about 10 more in him ROS.

in PPR he has at least been "average", but he has become the dreaded "boom or bust" type of fantasy player and you never really know what you will get out of him in a given week
