Same dilemma but in standard in 2 leagues. 1 am going with both...other currently has Jones over Williams

I would start Jones. I feel like this is a start your studs situation and Jones has been pretty much a stud. Difficult matchup and all I think he's the better player, and Damien Williams' usage is going to be very unpredictable.
