I know he’s scoring tds every week but his receiving targets and yards has been non existent the last few weeks. Should I be concerned going into the playoffs that Deebo lost his targets to Kittle and Ayuek.

Shannahan is the worst coach in nfl history to plan fantasy strategies around.

I mean yeah it’s concerning but at this point you have to play him. He’s still getting touches even if his targets are coming down

Shanahan’s weekly game plan gives and it takes. It’s always a wild ride.

I like the way Shanahan has been using Deebo. He’s been using him similar to Patterson, I believe due to Mitchell’s injury. I think with the 49ers RBs getting healthier you’ll see more targets to Deebo but, I think he also has a few carries a game too. 49ers RBs and Shanahan remind me a lot of Bellichek and the Patriots a few years ago.

That is what I am thinking, too - Deebo gets carries w/o Mitchell or more targets with him. Either is fine.

Deebo's season is one of the most bizarre I can think of. Was literally the second best WR in the league through 10 weeks, and now 1 catch per game. His usage coming off injury last week was opposite what I expected. Killer schedule, though, so not worried.
