After giving it some thought though, if it was me, I would let the people who played against papz already, present their case if they believe his cheating affected their match up in anyway. Let the league or Committee decide if they have a case. Handle Papz punishment by way of Draft picks and maybe other punishments.

I'm open to hearing their thoughts on how it may have affected their matchup. It may play a part in determining the action that is taken. I know that Earl already said that he should just get a slap on the wrist and nothing should happen.

A loss of stats is intended for an incident that happens on one day IMO. A longstanding breaking of the rules that happened here shouldn't result in a bunch of losses of 0-12 IMO. I think banning from the playoffs is a bit harsh too.
I think the scores should be adjusted by maybe 2 cats as I think thats a super aggressive estimate as how many cats were effected. And then he is penalized another 5-10 wins(without giving them to someone else if thats possible). Possible draft pick loss.

I don't want him to get 0-12s I think he should lose any major leaguer he put on his minor league roster as well as the major leaguers he avoided dropping by doing so

There are only 2 options imo
1. He is banned from playoffs and the records stand
2. My option earlier where everyone but cheater mcpho gets a 12-0 added at the end of the season substituted for his week and if he can overcome that to earn a playoff spot then good for him.
