I have no clue what Gordon will do with NE, but I don't buy any struggles will be hard to learn NE O related. This is a guy who has come off a 2-game suspension to a new offense and had 10-146-1, a 10-game suspension to a new offense and had 8-120, & a 2-year absence to 4-85-0.

This is a good point. Brady may just draw routes in the dirt for Gordon and tell him go get it

Btw. Todd Haley was brought up in Weis / Henning / Erhardt offense. Terminology base should be the same.

another great point

I'm not even sure what the hell to do with Gordon at this point. Picked him up yesterday morning but figured he'd go to SF or the Jets but he made an even bigger splash with the Pats. My WRs usually suck but I lucked out with a good draft.

14-team PPR and can only start 3 of:

DeAndre Hopkins
Stephon Diggs
Emmanuel Sanders
Alshon Jeffery
Josh Gordon

I like having depth but feel like it'd be a better idea to upgrade my TE (Currently only have Kittle) to solidify my starting lineup.

Anyone think it's possible to land an elite TE (Gronk, Kelce, Ertz) in a straight-up trade for one of these?

Got the Gordon owner willing to trade Gordon for the Ravens DEF.

Now I'm second guessing myself.... and I'm a streamer

You can stream defenses, you can't stream Gordons

I think there’s a decent chance this Gordon move just hurts everyone in the New England offense except Gronk and Brady.

I just sent it to him. I normally dont roll with one DEF, but I am slowly become WR heavy.

What kind of RB could Davante Adams fetch?

If Gordon was that valuable then why did the Browns let him go? The Browns need Gordon more than the Patriots do. Last I read Gordon had a hamstring issue then the next thing I know he’s gone. It just seems like there was more to the Browns letting him go than what’s been reported.

I thought about this too... might be trying to win back a divided locker room. With the addition of Landry, you really dont need a Gordon. Pats need some help. It makes sense.

Hue Jackson has adopted this “no nonsense” approach, yet the browns have allowed Gordon to stay around after numerous frick ups to the tune of 10 games in 3 years. Yet he cut mychal Kendricks instantly, traded Coleman for being a malcontent etc

Hamstring MRI comes back fine. Tells me there was a difference of opinion in there somewhere, maybe from Gordon playing 70 snaps W1 and seeing 3 targets. Came late to practice. Faked a hamstring injury. Regardless, he was under the microscope with Cleveland and any little screw up was gonna send him packing

I think there’s a bigger chance Gordon doesn’t last more than a few games.

Broke, under a court order to repay back child support, there is motivation there for Gordon to play and perform w Brady and possibly lock up a RFA deal from New England at season’s end

Nothing surprises me with Gordon tho
