Keeper - Kelce for a 2nd or Ridley for a 4th

I have it narrowed down to these two. It’s a full PPR. 12 man league. I can’t make up my mind on which one I want to keep! What do y’all think?

I think Ridley has better value for a 4th.

On pure numbers/paper, Ridley for a 4th would be the pick. My gut would probably keep Kelce just because I don't trust the Falcons offense this year. We don't know what Arthur Smith will do with the offense yet, nor how Ridley will hold up to an entire season as the top receiving threat. However, the falcons RB depth chart might be the saddest thing I've ever seen, so who the heck knows.
