Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker has not been able to do much in training camp so far while being shadowed by CB Xavien Howard. Parker's ineffectiveness has been mostly noticeable in team drills, according to The Miami Herald's Adam Beasley.

@32's camp summaries for each team thus far
@32's camp summaries for each team thus far
quote:
Bears: Mitch Trubisky has been so-so. Anthony Miller looks like a stud. Allen Robinson and Trey Burton are primed for good years. Kevin White lives! White has been making plays.
Bengals: John Ross makes a highlight catch every practice. Tyler Eifert expects to be on the field Week 1.
Bills: Nathan Peterman, AJ McCarron, and Josh Allen have been splitting reps and all 3 are having their ups and downs. Probably obvious, but this may be a tough offense to watch in 2018.
Broncos: The RB competition is WIDE open. Five backs have gotten time with the 1s. Royce Freeman has been the best runner, Devontae Booker is the better blocker. The third down competition has been just as exciting between Phillip Lindsay and De'Angelo Henderson. Both guys are putting on a show. Daesean Hamilton and Courtland Sutton have also stood out during camp. Carlos Henderson didn't show up for camp, so the WR3 spot is up for grabs.
Browns: Antonio Callaway and Corey Coleman have been impressive in Josh Gordon's absence. David Njoku has sort of struggled with drops, but his route running and explosion has been impressive. Tyrod Taylor throws a nice ball, Baker Mayfield throws bullets. They are sharing an RV during training camp.
Buccaneers: Peyton Barber is the clear leader at RB as of now. He's looked good and has been running with a purpose. Chris Godwin has been outstanding.
Cardinals: The WR2/3 race is wide open as everyone is getting their chance. Chase Edmonds is already the RB2. QB1 is Sam Bradford's job to lose.
Chargers: Mike Williams is having an up and down camp. He makes acrobatic catches in 1-on-1 sessions, but struggles in 11-on-11. There isn't much else out there on the Chargers.
Chiefs: Pat Mahomes likes to throw deep. He's had his share of ints, but also several jaw dropping throws. Tyreek Hill is still the clear WR1, although Sammy Watkins has impressed. Kareem Hunt has been nursing a minor hamstring injury and hasn't practiced much, but he's back running with the 1s today. Spencer Ware has been filling in and looks healthy.
Colts: The Andrew Luck/TY Hilton connection is back. Luck is on track to be ready by Week 1. Deon Cain and Nyheim Hines have been standouts. Reece Fountain has fallen behind. Jack Doyle and Eric Ebron have both looked good and the Colts plan to get them both involved. Chester Rogers seems to have the leg up in the WR2 race.
Cowboys: All the WR jobs are up for grabs, minus the slot, which is manned by Cole Beasley. Michael Gallup has been as advertised and Allen Hurns has been steady. Blake Jarwin has had the best camp of the TEs, but that doesn't mean he's the TE1. The Cowboys like all their TEs, even Rico Gathers, who has had a solid camp.
Dolphins: Ryan Tannehill LOVES Danny Amendola. They've already connected on numerous passes. Leonte Carroo and Devante Parker are having quiet camps. Carroo is squarely on the roster bubble. AJ Derby is the TE1, but has missed a couple practices for a minor injury. Mike Gesicki has been solid, but has to work on his blocking in order to have a consistent role.
Eagles: Nelson Agholor has been the best WR on the field (Alshon Jeffery hasn't practiced, but Agholor would probably still be the best WR on the field). Darren Sproles is back and not too eager to give up all his duties to Corey Clement... yet. Dallas Goedert has been outstanding.
Falcons: Calvin Ridley dealt with a minor hamstring issue, but is back at practice now. Julio Jones also showed up to training camp, despite wanting a revised contract. Like the Chargers, there isn't much info on the Falcons.
Giants: OBJ is healthy and looking like himself again. Saquon Barkley is as advertised. There are a lot of mouths to feed in this offense, but Evan Engram and Sterling Shepard should still get their share of looks.
Jaguars: Marqise Lee is nursing an injury again. So is Donte Moncrief. Neither are serious. Blake Bortles has looked good. Austin Seferian-Jenkins has made some exceptional catches.
Jets: Elijah McGuire broke his foot, so he's out for a while. None of the WRs are really standing out, but they aren't disappointing either. Quincy Enunwa is back and healthy. Chris Herndon is making plays at TE.
Lions: Marvin Jones and LeGarrette Blount got banged up, but both have since returned to practice. Kerryon Johnson has displayed his talent several times.
Packers: J'Mon Moore has been the best out of the rookie WRs that the Packers drafted. Aaron Jones hasn't practiced due to a hamstring injury. Jamaal Williams is getting most of the first team reps at RB. Aaron Rodgers and Jimmy Graham have already developed a nice connection.
Panthers: DJ Moore is legit. Greg Olsen is healthy, making his patented sliding catches. Cam Newton is having fun with his new weapons. Ian Thomas is impressing, definitely the TE in waiting.
Patriots: Jordan Matthews is nursing a minor injury, but it could be killer for his chances to make the roster. Same goes for Malcolm Mitchell. Sony Michel had a fumble and had to run laps. Phillip Dorsett may take the Edelman role for the first 4 weeks. Jacob Hollister is the TE2 behind Gronk.
Redskins: Josh Doctson looks good/healthy. Alex Smith and Paul Richardson have a growing connection. Derrius Guice is the RB1, just in case that was up in the air.
Raiders: Not much info on the Raiders. Derek Carr says that Jordy Nelson looks good. Doug Martin said this is the best offensive line he's seen.
Rams: The Jared Goff/Brandin Cooks connection is living up to the hype. Tyler Higbee has really stood out. Not much else.
Ravens: John Brown has been lights out, catching deep ball after deep ball. Jordan Lasley has the advantage over Jaleel Scott so far. Mark Andrews has been nursing an injury, while Hayden Hurst has had his ups and downs. Ravens may have to keep 4 TEs on the roster with Maxx Williams and Nick Boyle presenting themselves as solid contributors.
Saints: Tre'Quan Smith and Boston Scott make highlight type plays everyday, especially Scott. Ben Watson still has some game left and Michael Thomas is still elite. Dan Arnold is converting from WR to TE, but he's off to a great start.
Seahawks: Chris Carson is healthy and not going to give up the RB1 job easily. Seattle coaches did talk up Rashaad Penny's blocking chops, which is always good when trying to earn a starting job. The Seahawks also like CJ Prosise as their 2 minute drill RB. Tyler Lockett is making plays. He's the clear WR2 if there was any doubt.
Steelers: Vance McDonald left practice with a foot injury. Severity is unknown, so Jesse James is still a thing for the time being. James Washington has looked really good, while Jaylen Samuels has looked okay.
Texans: Will Fuller has put on 15 lbs of muscle, but says he has maintained his speed. Lamar Miller has slimmed down, closer to how he was in Miami. Desean Watson looks healthy as he's developing chemistry with DeAndre Hopkins.
Titans: Corey Davis has been a star in camp. Taywan Taylor has also stood out, consistently beating man coverage. Delanie Walker got an extension, so pump the brakes on Jonnu Smith. Akrum Wadley has impressed when given the chance. Dion Lewis and Derrick Henry are splitting first team reps evenly.
Vikings: Dalvin Cook is healthy and dominating. Kirk Cousins is trying to get on the same page with Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs. Not much else here.
49ers: Jimmy Garoppolo and Marquise Goodwin are picking up where they left off, while JG and Pierre Garcon are trying to get on the same page. All three running backs (Jerick McKinnon, Matt Breida, and Joe Williams) have all turned heads.

I hate that all this info is out there for everyone to read
Every single player I’ve been marked as targeting is mentioned in these write ups. This is why I prefer EARLY drafts

Yeah but you still have to take beat writers opinions with a grain of salt, many don’t really know what they’re looking at. So you can look at it as them falsely inflating value, creating value elsewhere
Pretty sure Anthony Miller’s hype may soon outgrow his britches

Anthony Miller is the best rookie WR in this draft, but may not see his real talents until 2019.

As they manage some injuries at receiver, the Patriots had veteran Eric Decker in for a workout Monday, per @FieldYates. Decker played for Josh McDaniels in Denver, and thus has some background in the system.
well this sure seems like a natural fit

Right. You kind of have to try to read through the BS to try to get something out of it, if it's even possible and we're not lying to ourselves. Stuff like looking for who is playing with the 1's or who is getting knocked down to the 2's and 3's. Injury news obviously. Which wr slot they are being put at. Position battles. Maybe certain consistent mentions. Whatever. I'm just happy to be getting consistent football news again.

Beat Writers are some of the biggest homers there are
You definitely need to have a feel for them and their usual tendencies because they are hype train conductors
