I have a questionable Jake Ferguson as my only TE currently and have Chargers D going against Carolina. The only real droppable player I have on my bench is Aaron Rodgers. Would you guys drop Rodgers or drop the D and play none? The options I have to add at TE are not good at all, with Juwan Johnson as the best available. L.A. should give at least a few points this week, but isn’t a great option long term. I can see dropping Arod, but is the probable few points even worth what I would get from the TE waiver wire?

I'm not taking 0 points for a position so I can keep a QB I will never start this season. Let Rodgers go. Chargers D is playing the worst team in the league if they're going against the Panthers. If there was ever a time to have/start them it's the week they play the Panthers.

How many teams carry a backup QB? Who's your QB? You could just wait until he's ruled out if you have an IR spot.

Yeah, that’s my thought as well. I’m just a little worried because I had the Cincy D last week and thought the same thing because they were playing NE, and they got me 1 point. But Carolina is so bad, I can’t see Chargers D not getting at least 5 points. I definitely get the backup QB not being important, but in this league, my options if my QB(Hurts) got injured, would be Jacoby Brissett, Gardner Minshew or Deshaun Watson as of now. No IR spot in this league either, to the previous poster. I appreciate y’all’s input.

Yeah I’m dropping Rodgers easy. You will be pissed if you lose by a a few point bc you didn’t play a D and even more mad if you miss out on a bye or playoffs bc one game. That one decision could cost you a ship
