Talk me out of taking Kelce #5 overall in .5 ppr 10man league

Zeke, Barkley, or Kelce... Or is D. Adams the play here? I'm conflicted

To early for kelce or Adam’s. You have to snag an elite RB in that position. Zeke, Barkley, or Ekeler in that order for me. I will say 5th is, in my opinion, the worst spot to be in this year. It’s a huge decision to make after the big 4 go (CMC, cook, Kamara, Henry) and will likely decide your season

I’d take Zeke, but I won’t hate on anyone for taking Adams or Kelce there. Those two are incredible fantasy options.

At that point I'm loading up at RB/WR and taking my chances with an Andrews/Fant/Gesicki/Hockenson/Tonyan that they provide similar production over 17 games to Kittle/Waller. Those two aren't really in the same realm as Kelce and Kittle especially seems overvalued this year. He's obviously a great player, but the 49ers actually have weapons at WR now and Kittle plays with reckless abandon- injury will always be a concern with him.
Unless you can get them in the late 3rd or 4th round, I think you won't see a ton of Kittle/Waller/Pitts teams that are in the top 1/4 of their league.
I've done a ton of mocks from the 8th spot in a 10 team. They are almost universally better off when I go RB/RB or RB/Tyreek if he's still there. I've obviously played around with picking a kittle or waller and the teams always look like shite.

Take one of cmc , kamara, cook, or Henry if any one of those drop to you (but you already knew that).
If they don’t I’d roll with Barkley. Zeke is still on my shite list. I don’t care what the pros say.

I have 5th pick in full pt ppr keeper league. D Henry is kept so unavailable.
Unless something crazy happens w the picks before me, i will be taking Kelce. He’s the most reliable fantasy player in the top 10.
