First come, first serve basis with the waivers setting being inverse of the draft order.
I’ll try to make these edits tomorrow morning when I’m at a desktop. But if Papz or TTown can do so tonight, that would be great.

Yes, announce the pick here but also go into the draft room on the website/app and draft your player as you normally would. I just accessed the draft room from my phone without issue.
