These guys are good for it. You know as a commish it's easier when it's done by a certain date, especially a big arse league, but if someone has something going on or is on a tip or whatever and lets me know I am not going to be a hard arse about it.

Since it's the offseason, majority (greater than 50%) is needed to change the rule. With RT you can see who votes, just not how they did, which is good when you want everyone to vote.

I get that some people are better than others with defenses, but other than maybe 1 or 2 teams there's no strategy with defenses. You're going to look for a defense going against a shitty QB/offense. IMO it's more fun deciding between which real players to start, not team defenses.
