Every league Im in either does it by reverse standings or rolling waivers. This is for equal bids.

People would go apeshit if we used reverse standings. Y'all may not remember certain things when they don't apply to you, but "first person to submit the matching bid gets the player" was the consensus tie breaker when we implemented waivers.

So, moving forward, players who are dropped can be claimed via waivers the next day at 10am while everyone else are FAs available to be picked up at any time?

Anyone dropped has to wait 2 calendar days to be added. So whoever is dropped today via waivers will be available on the Friday waiver run.
Anyone who was not added in waivers today can be picked up as an unrestricted f/a, yes.
