And LE, I wouldn't pay $100. But $25. I d consider it a fair rule to enact. Give teams the choice when to throw in the towel but still lay claim to the league.
What if four teams got fed up and were out early and just were too disgusted/busy to look at it? You might get $100 for the kitty.
And this isn't true h to h. You re eliminating teams that are on the bottom already. They re just giving up.
It just seemed like an interesting idea in a league with an interesting set up. Pay the tax and forfeit or set the lineup and save the money (although still most likely lose)

Just try to wiby setting your lineup. Your team isn't so bad. With our format you just have to beat 6 teams each week. It's possible.

Has nothing to do with you, but I would rather be in a league where everyone gives a baseline effort.
The league I run, every week, the highest scoring team wins 25 bucks.
Keeps even the shitty teams trying.

You could go the Jericho Mc route and try and sell your team....that worked out well
