meh. i was hoping jones was gonna play. i gambled and lsot. spaced on bironas. even starting burlson instead of jones would've gotten me to 80 pts, and a kicker to maybe 90.

tryin my best.
i'm honestly trying to just get ONE fricking win this year. I'll be happy.

i didn't say I was tuned in to this thread. What am i supposed to do?

come back in here and be like. Oh yeah. my team still blows.

I've been setting lineups. picking up players. trying my best to get a W.

i made two transactions today. so y'all should back the frick off. my team is truly terrible.

no doubt, I admit I almost missed the fact that green bay D is on a bye this week. RTS's interface isn't exactly the easiest to tell who's on bye.

But Julio was ruled out pretty early in the week.

he was questionable as of thursday. i set my lineup. don't know what else to do. last week i picked up beck to the tune of 20 pts. I had Vick and Smith on bye. I picked up shockey for gates when he was injured/on bye. i'd make a trade, but there's no trade that i could make that would really help my team, because there's so much wrong with it, and no value for keepers or youth with which to trade up for.

today i picked up michael jenkins. Can y'all just back the frick off? my lineup is set. my team blows hard. but i'm still doing it.
excuse the frick out of me if i have nothing to add to the dynamics of this conversation, since i'm not even relevant. right now, i'm colts fan. setting lineups, just hoping that i can get through this season and get to a redo next one.

but i'm still trying to get one win. thought i had it last week.

well yeah, its prob too late now. you already missed out on 2 wins prob cause you didnt give a shite.

not my problem. we added louie to you team in case you slip up again. i dont see the big deal. if you happen not to set your lineup, and lets face it, that is likely, then he will be there to keep things on an even playing field

You asked what was going on, so I'm just telling ya why everyone was pissed (tiger division mostly). After that knockdown drag out discussion we all had in week 4, I personally, thought you were gonna get back on track. Then 2 weeks later you have 2 empty spots in your roster again.

know you're pacific time zone, but theres no way to check the inactives list Sunday morning, to see if your WR (we missed practice all week), is gonna play?

Again, not throwing stones, we all frick up sometimes, but by leaving starting roster spots empty, it just looks like you don't give a frick.

the week you started kenny britt who got hurt for the year 1 full week before as well as Gates who was ruled out midweek

and another week, im not going back to look.

wont even get into the fact you didnt add any players for 5 or 6 weeks.

with a little tweaking your team wouldnt be horrible. its probably too late now

fair enough. i'm trying though

but the idea of my team missing out wins is just flat out silly. I have only come within a sniff of a win twice. at best i'd be 1-6 or whatever.

two weeks ago i could've started the highest point scorer on my team, and highest FA kicker and still not come with 20 pts of getting a win.

i'm trying here. looking at FAs. figuring it out. but to me, it seems inherent in this league that the shitty teams have less to play for, because there's not even the head to head aspect of competition. for instance, if i knew i was playing rondo next week, i might be more motivated to try to beat him and keep him out of the playoffs just to frick him over. but in this situation, i'm just hoping that my team is the top 6. which isn't really a possibility of me lucking into that one win.

i'm not complaining about they system. it's obviously better for good and competitive teams, but not as much so for teams who are out of the hunt.

i do think rondo's idea about the high point scorer team rewarding every week was a good one. that would be constant motivation to try and better one's team and perhaps recoup some of the investment. like turning the seasonal bet into a weekly one. more incentive to keep trying.

You're 3 games out of the playoffs. You could be 1 or 2 games out. Regardless you are still mathematically alive.

Anyways, can we change the fricking subject and stop making this league to be about karma or some stupid rules or whatever? frick this league has been borderline miserable some weeks.

I'm not sure what happened. Can you send that to RTSports? Interested in what they have to say about it.

Where would I send this to? But yeah, I could do that.

Boo, thanks for answering that. I do not understand why they would not process my waiver claim. I hope Titans D (against the Colts) outscores Cincy D this week.

if you dont play the FA wire for 5 weeks you're prob not going to have a good team, esp if your team isnt that great to begin with.

you can ruin more than just 1 teams playoff chances in this format. Not just rondo. is that not enough?
