No blood or muscle or tendon damage? I’m just amazed that the bone can get all wonked up like that with no other damage. Weird.

I had a cast on for 2 weeks. It didn't hurt all that much when I did it. It hurt like a bitch over the next few days when it got swollen. It took about a year before I could bend it like normal again. Had a squeeze ball that I used to use to get it stretched out.
