And i would add that anyone playing against Bell in week 1 should go grab Connor if they can before their opponent has a chance to do so.

I already did this. Thinking of trading Connor to him but not sure what I can get in return

I lost McKinnon. Needed an Rb to go with gurley until Ingram is back. I probably spent too much but added Gillislee, Connor, and Alfred Blue dropping McKinnon, DeVante, and Perine.

I just need to survive til week 5 but then it’s game over bitches.

He isn’t gonna play much all year.

My wrist and my shoulder hurts coach.

I have never understood why players don't take this approach when they are holding out. Like if your plan is to screw the team bc you are pissed, show up so you get paid and just refuse to play bc you are "hurt".

Alvin Kamara and Mike Gillislee are the only RBs on the Saints active roster heading into Week 1.

They cut Boston Scott. Kamara is gonna go bananas.

I don't know how anyone could have taken Bell at the top of the draft when there were so many other viable candidates to choose from

Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon (hamstring) said he feels 100 percent and is without limitations Wednesday, Sept. 5. He thinks he can have a big impact against the Pittsburgh Steelers even without starting.

Well he did the same exact thing last year and besides a slow week 1, he was worth the pick.

Until all the panic this week with him no-showing there's been very little news on the matter. Drafting him #1 overall in a draft tonight would be dumb...drafting him #1 in a draft 2 weeks ago wasn't scoffed at. Things have changed

I have so much invested in Gordon this season...either going to win a lot of leagues or come in dead last in a lot of leagues.

you're absolutely right but there is one big difference this yr. Once they couldn't come to an agreement this yr on a new contract this was gonna be his last yr in Pitt. He's looking out for himself now since he knows Pitt doesn't appreciate him and would run him into the ground this yr if given the chance. Whoever picked Bell at the top of the draft deserves the heartache they are going through

I’m with Cap here. It was clear Bell is pretty much done in Pitt and I wouldn’t have spent much on him at all. And I would have jumped to take Conner very very early if I did.

Isn't he going to lose his FA status by sitting out that long?

not sure how that works with the franchise tag really...

should be interesting to see where he goes in late drafts though
