Never tried this before but liking some of my mock drafts. Anyone ever won their league using this strategy. My last mock I picked Diggs, Kelce, J Allen, Kupp. Staring RB were Damien Harris, Mike Davis. Boyd in my flex.

Assuming the top 8 RBs are gone it’s not a bad strategy. Requires some luck that your back end RBs produce just a bit though.

Sure, I would say more often than not that I will go either full zero RB or take one early stud and then pound other positions. it's a viable strategy in a lot of leagues, especially if you have two flex spots.

If you can snag 2 of the 3 big WRs (Hill/Adams/Diggs) I would 100% go that route. It gets a little tougher if 2 of the 3 are gone by your pick, because then you're taking Ridley or Hopkins and that may be a slight reach by ADP.

FWIW, I've always followed the rule that you should only draft a TE or QB early, not both. You lose out on too much value in the other positional players. Obviously that is dependent on your league settings but it's always worked out well for me.

I would agree with that tight end-QB piece as a general rule for most leagues.
