Who do you guys follow for push notifications for FF

For years now my friends always get the scoop on injuries and players that move up in starting roles but I can't figure out who they are following to get this info?

The "sleeper" app pushes notifications and has news that breaks like at the second. I haven't found anything/anyone faster or more accurate than them.

I've been using the Fantasy Life app for the past few years and I love it. It basically gives you tweets from sources for all NFL teams and you get them pretty much instantly.

I completely forgot about the Bleacher Report app. The notifications don't come nearly as fast as the other apps. But, there's an option to add the "My Fantasy Players" stream where you add all of the players that you have and only get updates on those players. It's really useful. They also have a "Fantasy Football" stream with info on every player that comes up. They have tweets and articles.
